Forbid eleventh-graders of the Yekaterinburg gymnasium No. 9 to perform the song “Goodbye” at the graduation Zemfira and “Vladivostok 2000” group “Mumiy Troll” because of “dangerous words” no need. Governor of the Sverdlovsk region Yevgeny Kuyvashev wrote about this on his Telegram channel.
“I'm sure they chose these songs because they are about farewell, and not because they contain the word” grenade “,” ; wrote Kuyvashev in Telegram.— Let's at least here, on a holiday, let's not forbid anything to children. Let them sing.
RBC sent a request to gymnasium No. 9 and to the Yekaterinburg Department of Education.
On the eve of the ban, 66.ru was announced by the co-founder of the online service for entrepreneurs “Button” and the father of one of the students of the 11th grade of the gymnasium, Yevgeny Kobzev. The school administration, according to him, did not like the words “grenade”, “kill”; and “shoot” in songs, besides “rock is too cheeky, and there is a lot of attention for graduations now.” The father of the graduate added that schoolchildren were not allowed to perform other songs either, because “Goodbye” and “Vladivostok 2000” were approved in advance and it is too late to choose new ones. The information was given to the students by one of the teachers, who himself was supposed to play the bass guitar.
“Whose initiative is unclear. The daughter says that they were told at school that they were allegedly banned at the regional level, — Kobzev said. Subsequently, he said that he contacted the director of the gymnasium Larisa Kulkova. She said that “there were no orders from above”, just “the songs are not festive and do not correspond to the general outline of the evening.” The press service of the city administration 66.ru confirmed that the content of public speeches of schoolchildren will be coordinated by the head of the educational organization.
Earlier, both Zemfira and Mumiy Troll urged to stop the military operation in Ukraine.

Kobzev suggested that the school feared a repeat of the “LGBT dance” scandal; students of the Yekaterinburg Lyceum No. 12. There, on May 12, at the “Dance Galaxy” competition timed to coincide with the International Dance Day, a group of schoolchildren performed twerk. During the number, the lyceum students took off their T-shirts and continued to dance in belts. The video of the dance was published online, and TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov drew attention to it.
Kuyvashev then stood up for the leadership of the lyceum: “The guys danced an ambiguous dance. I don't like him, such “parodies” I'm not close at all. But it was a joke. And joking, albeit bad, is not forbidden in our country. He refused to fire the director of the school, Lyubov Kuleva. According to the governor, the schoolchildren's parents also did not consider the dance terrible and supported Kulev, and he trusts them “much more than TV presenter Solovyov, who once again did not like something.” in Yekaterinburg.
Soloviev responded by saying that many public figures in the city do not support “LGBT hobbies”; head of the Sverdlovsk region. “Perhaps we should send Ramzan Akhmatovich [Kadyrov] to instruct Kuyvashev?” he suggested.
The head teacher of the school was fired soon after. The mayor of Yekaterinburg, Alexei Orlov, said that “in principle, this should not happen within the walls of the school.” The director retained her position: her mayor called her a “deserved person”, with almost 50 years of experience.
