Kanye West’s ‘Donda’ Now Spotify’s 2nd Biggest Album Debut Behind Drake’s ‘Scorpion’

Kanye West’s Donda album is the second biggest album to debut on Spotify ever behind Drake’s Scorpion.

Following the surprise release of Donda on Sunday (Aug. 29), the album is already making history on the charts. According to Chart Data, the rapper’s tenth studio album clocked close to 100 million streams on Spotify in 24 hours, making it the second-biggest album debut in the history of the platform.

Ye replaces Post Malone for the No. 2 spot after the artist previously held on with 79 million streams in 24 hours for his album Beerbongs & Bentleys. Interestingly enough, Kanye West has only been bettered by his current rival Drake’s Scorpion from June 2018, which amassed 132 million streams in a day when it was released.

Kanye and Drake are reportedly beefing at the moment, and it was said that they would both release their albums on the same day (Sept. 3). However, Kanye West says Universal released his album prematurely and without his consent on Sunday (Aug. 29). Regardless of that hiccup, the album is already thriving as it has not only found instant success on Spotify but other streaming platforms as well.

Donda broke the record for going No. 1 in most countries on Apple Music. The album has nabbed the coveted top spot on the chart in 130 countries thus far, including the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, and Brazil.

Featuring appearances from the likes of Jay-Z, The Weeknd, Lil Baby, Pop Smoke, DaBaby, Kid Cudi, Travis Scott, and more, Donda boasts 27 tracks. The most popular of which already appears to be the Hov feature “Jail,” which is also assisted by Francis and the Lights. The title debuted at No. 1 on the US Spotify chart with 4.277 million streams and is currently No. 1 on the US singles chart on Apple Music. Kanye claims the label also blocked “Jail pt 2,” which should have been a collaboration with DaBaby.

Donda’s immense first-day success has fans looking forward to what is to come.

.@kanyewest’s 'DONDA' earned almost 100 million first day streams on the global Spotify chart, the second biggest album debut of all-time.

Kanye West’s Yeezy Gap Collection Set For June Release

Kanye West’s Yeezy and Gap apparels are coming this summer.

If things go according to plan, the new Yeezy’s might be on shelves in time for summer. That’s according to Gap, who announced that they hope to drop the YEEZY collaboration by the end of June. The information was revealed through a report from Business of Fashion. It’s well known that they are hoping that Kanye West can revive the dying brand, which in recent times has recorded an 18% overall decline in sales.

In August 2020, the chain had to close 225 stores to keep the business profitable. They would follow that up with more closures before the end of that year. That was a tough month for the company that almost closed its doors permanently but survived. According to estimates from Bloomberg, Gap expects to see a $150 million jump in earnings following the release of the YEEZY line.

“We are excited to welcome Kanye back to the Gap family as a creative visionary, building on the aesthetic and success of his YEEZY brand and together defining a next-level retail partnership,” said Mark Breitbard, Global Head of Gap Brand.

Gap’s chief executive officer Sonia Syngal recently had to address rumors that the deal had fallen through and that Kanye was no longer going to be working with them. “I spoke to Yeezy last night and he’s very, very focused on this incredible opportunity,” Syngal said at the time.

Those rumors were based off on one of Kanye’s tweets that read: “I DONT HAVE A BOARD SEAT AT GAP I DONT HAVE A BOARD SEAT AT ADIDAS … BLACK BOARD SEATS MATTER.” That was last September.

The company has indicated that it will outline its further plans for YEEZY during its Q1 2021 earnings call on May 27th. According to Bloomberg, the deal is expected to make Kanye $970 million, pushing him into the billionaire’s club.

Kanye West’s Nike Yeezy Wore To Grammy Sold For Record $1.8 Million

Despite Kanye West‘s silence over the past few weeks allegedly stemming from the trauma of his ongoing divorce, the rapper and fashion designer is still breaking records. West’s latest fashion development, his Nike Air Yeezy 1s sneakers, are officially the most expensive sneakers ever sold. In a private sale, the sample was sold for a record-breaking 1.8 million dollars, as was announced by Sotheby’s auction house on Monday, April 26.

The original valuation for the “Grammy Worn” sneakers was 1 million dollars, but the Yeezy is now almost triple the $615,000 sale for a pair of 1985 Nike Air Jordan 1s, which were worn by Michael Jordan during a pre-season game in Italy.

“The price sets a new milestone for a publicly recorded sneaker sale, shattering the current auction record for sneakers by almost three times, and establishing the Yeezy 1 Prototypes as the most valuable sneakers ever and the first recorded sneaker sale for more than $1 million,” Sotheby said in a statement.

In 2008 at the 50th Annual Grammy Awards, West wore his Nike Air Yeezy with black leather high-tops for his performance of “Hey Mama” and “Stronger.”

Sneaker investing platform that allows users the opportunity to buy and trade shares in highly desired and deluxe edition sneakers, RARES, acquired the size 12 Yeezy’s and sold shares of the shoes on June 16.

RARES founder and CEO Gerome Sapp said in a statement, “Our goal in purchasing such an iconic shoe–and a piece of history–is to increase accessibility and empower the communities that birthed sneaker culture with the tools to gain financial freedom through RARES. ”

In addition, Sotheby’s head of streetwear and modern collectibles, Brahm Wachter, said in a statement that the sale “speaks volumes of Kanye’s legacy as one of the most influential clothing and sneaker designers of our time.”

Amid his success, Kanye is currently in the middle of a divorce after 6 years of marriage with Kim Kardashian. The two share four children together; North, Chicago, Saint, and Psalm West. Neither Kim nor Kanye has said much about the divorce, but they had agreed to joint custody after the divorce.

But, seemingly contented, Kanye is still making money moves.

Kanye West To Receive Marcus Garvey Humanitarian Award, Jamaicans Angry

Jamaicans are upset that Kanye West, the controversial rapper and personality known for his remarks that whitewash slavery and its effects, is set to receive the Marcus Garvey Humanitarian Award.

The move comes on the final day of Reggae Month, celebrated in recognition of Jamaica’s musical heritage developed mainly by African descendants in the island, and Black History Month, which celebrates black excellence in the United States. For the most part, many feel that the move to reward Kanye West is an insult to the ideals of Marcus Garvey, who was pro-Black and Pan African and would probably not approve of West’s ramblings about slavery.

In 2018, the rapper received flack for his comments about slavery shifted the blame on those enslaved rather than those who were the slave masters. He said, “when you hear about slavery for 400 years…for 400 years that sounds like a choice.” He also made comparisons between slavery and the holocaust, which is quite an unusual and unequal comparison.

Ye was also dragged for his decision to throw support behind Donald Trump, who was accused of racist policies against African Americans and minorities in the United States.

Kanye West, however, has defended himself to say that he was misinterpreted. However, West’s comments irked fans and people on the internet who feel that slavery was so gruesome that many years of it are undocumented. Also, various efforts at liberation was quashed with deadly consequences. In Jamaica, some examples that remain real are incidents like the Morant Bay rebellion.

Jamaicans think that the award to Kanye is disrespectful as they raised questions about the award aligning with Garvey’s ideology.

West has been pegged to receive the Marcus Garvey Award for Global Contributions to Humanity by the 39th Annual Chicago Music Awards. The President of the Universal Negro Improvement Association (UNIA), Steven Golding, says the award “doesn’t portray the Pan-Africanist that Marcus Garvey was.” The UNIA, which was founded by Garvey, is dedicated to African pride, economic independence, and African unity worldwide.

The Founder and Chairman of the Chicago Music Awards say he was taken aback by the choice in Kanye but says he can do nothing about it. The awards ceremony recognizes outstanding contributions to various music genres across the spectrum.

“Kanye getting this award is kind of a surprise to me. But he has been making contributions to different countries, and he came out on top of all [the other persons] nominees in that category,” Martin told the Gleaner.

Meanwhile, Steven Golding says that the organization does not have a copyright on Garvey’s name, and this has been a sore issue where the name is used for their own self-serving interests. “Garvey’s name has been used on so many things. I even saw a pizza shop run by Italians in New York named after him, but it was on Marcus Garvey Bolevard. The truth is that a lot of civic groups in the US, other Pan-African groups around the world, the OAS and even us, the UNIA have Marcus Garvey awards and unfortunately, aot of times, recipients are chosen for their celebrity status and the attention that they can bring to the event,” Golding said.

Martin, on the other hand, says Kanye West was chosen for his various acts of Charity to the Buju Banton foundation via a donation to the Sunbeam Children’s Home, donations to the families of George Floyd, Armad Arbery, and Breonna Taylor – all victims of police brutality in the U.S. His donations cover legal fees to fight for the victims, including scholarships for Floyd’s daughter, among a few other acts done in Chicago to assist black businesses.

Meanwhile, Jamaican sentiment was intensely angry as persons reacted to the news. “I do believe I’m missing something here!!! Kanye (slavery was a choice) West is being awarded in honour of our Jamaican National Hero Marcus Garvey????? How Kanye drop een? I’m livid, furious, Jamaican badwud bex so till…” One Jamaican tweeted.

Kanye West and Elon Musk Set To Make Joint Clubhouse Appearance

Kanye West and Elon Musk are teaming up for a Clubhouse meeting, which is expected to be a must-listen for those who have access to the audio-only platform frequented by celebrities who are known to often share their thoughts unabashed.

Clubhouse has become very popular among the iPhone community, which has given those users exclusive access to the app, which functions as rooms with hosts who guide and contribute to various discussions, and this latest meeting with Elon Musk and Kanye West will be no different.

This isn’t the first time that the Tesla, SpaceX, and The Boring Company chief executive officer, Musk, has been on the platform as his presence is usually something that draws enough attention. However, he and the creative Kanye West butting heads is sure to be something many would be tuning in for.

Clubhouse is quickly becoming a popular social media platform as it is used as a networking space for people in the tech industry. Musk, who is always up for banter on the subject matter, was recently on Clubhouse talking to the CEO of Robinhood, the company that made the news after Gamestop shares skyrocketed after Redditors conspired to buy the shares and drive up the share prices, leading to a hedge fund declaring bankruptcy after it initiated market manipulation of the shares by betting against them in the first instance. As a result, many working-class persons were able to cash out big. Well, that’s until Robinhood stepped in to freeze movements on buying or selling Gamestop shares. This led to an outcry as many dragged Robinhood for being an agent for the rich instead of acting in the interest of those a name as ‘Robinhood’ should protect.

Meanwhile, Elon Musk, who shared the announcement, has not shared details as to when the virtual event would be held. However, many reacted positively, signaling they would join. Among them the likes of singer and actor Tyrese, among others.

The most entertaining outcome is the most likely

Kanye West’s Yeezy Brand Sues Intern For $500K For Breaching NDA

Kanye West’s apparel brand Yeezy Brand is suing a summer intern for breaching his non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and posting confidential photos of the brand’s merchandise.

The intern Ryan Inwards signed the NDA agreements that say if a breach occurred, the breaching party would be liable for liquidated damages in the sum of $500,000, the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles on Friday said, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Yeezy’s main complaint is that Inwards shared non-public images on Instagram and failed to remove them even after the company sent him several cease and desist orders. Yeezy’s cause of action is for breach of contract and conversion, and in addition to the sum for liquidated damages, it also wants punitive damages to have Inwards punished because they believe his actions are malicious.

The company also wants the court to grant an injunction to order Inwards to hand over the images he possesses and to be banned from making similar posts in the future.

Meanwhile, an account by the same name on Instagram now has zero posts as it appears that the photos have now been removed.

It’s unclear what the photos show, but fans have been waiting for the release of new merchandise from the company. The Yeezy Adidas Boost 350 V2 Ash Stone sneaker is being teased for release in February. Fans, however, have not seen what the new kicks look like, but in spite of the over-the-top designs, there are dedicated Yeezy lovers who are waiting to cop the new sneakers, which will retail at $220.

Kim Kardashian Returns To IG, Wants Full Custody, Cites Kanye West’s Presidential Run As Final Straw

Kim Kardashian is back on Instagram without her wedding ring and sources are saying she wants full custody of her kids with Kanye West and that his presidential run was the last straw.

As Kanye West and Kim Kardashian embark on the next — separate — phase of their lives, we now know what pushed them over the edge. The cracks have been showing in Kimye’s relationship over the past year, with the couple mostly living in different locations.

The “Nah Nah Nah” rapper has been spending time at his ranch in Wyoming, while Kim and their kids continue to reside in California. News broke earlier this week that the pair would reportedly be going their separate ways after 6 years of marriage, which means that a post-mitten is naturally underway to find the first signs of trouble.

Kanye West shocking announcement that he wanted to be President marked Kim Kardashian’s wake-up call, according to Page Six. On Independence Day last year, the Grammy Award winner revealed his intention to run in the 2020 Presidential election — a decision that he reportedly did not inform his wife of until he told the world.

What followed was a breakdown of Kanye’s mental health as he revealed during a campaign rally that he and the reality star had considered aborting their firstborn, North, claimed that Kim was trying to have him committed, and also alleged that she had cheated on him with Meek Mill. Kim responded to her husband’s remarks by expressing the pain of seeing a loved one struggle with bipolar disorder.

While divorce rumors began doing the rounds, the couple attempted to repair their relationship by going on a family vacation, though it appears the cracks were too deep. A source has told Page Six that Kim Kardashian realized that she “needed to end the marriage for the sake of her kids and her own sanity.” She has reportedly hired celebrity attorney Laura Wasser to handle proceedings, which includes negotiating a confidential settlement ahead of a divorce filing.

Juice WRLD – Tell Your Friends Lyrics

[Chorus]
I’ma have a party tonight, go tell your friends bitch
You ain’t gettin’ money, then you ain’t gettin’ in bitch
Leave the heartbreak, at the crib bitch
Come to L.A., I can show you how I live bitch
Bet I get Wetter Wet, like a cruise ship
She been flexin’ hard on my name, Terry Crews shit
No more parties in L.A., Kanye West shit
She do Codeine with Cocaine, that’s the best shit

[Verse]
Think I found the love of my life (Where she at?)
In a bottle, in a bottle
Codeine up in my Sprite
Baby bottle, baby bottle
I’m lookin’ at my future like, Hi, Hey!
You look so bright (bling, bling)
The VVS on my wrist, so ice (bling, bling)
But somethin’ in my chest don’t feel right
Somethin’ in my chest don’t feel too good
Thought I left my heartbreak in my old hood
Ex bitch in my phone, up to no good
Ole gold diggin’ bitch you know you ain’t gettin’ no goods
I ain’t really feelin’ too good
The pills make me feel too good
I know you want me no more
So I put my heart on the floor
I’ma have a party tonight, go tell your friends bitch
You ain’t gettin’ money, then you ain’t gettin’ in bitch

Kanye West – 4th Dimension lyrics

[Intro: Louis Prima]
Down the chimney, he will come
With his great big smile
And you’ll find that even the kiddies
Are swingin’ in the latest style
Oh, oh, oh
What is Santa bringing?
Oh, oh, oh
I wonder whether he’ll be swingin’

[Verse 1: Kanye West]
It feels so good it should cost
Bought an alligator, I ain’t talkin’ Lacoste
Made me say, “ooh, uh”
Like I’m mixing Master P and Rick Ross (uh,uh)
She seem to make me always feel like a boss (uh,uh)
She said I’m in the wrong hole, I said I’m lost (uh,uh)
She said I’m going too fast, I’m exhausted
Now drop to your knees for the offerin’
This the theme song, oh something wrong
Might need a intervention for this new dimension
That’s too new to mention, offer it in a sentence
If I get locked up, I won’t finish the sent-

[Sample: Louis Prima]
Oh, oh, oh
What is Santa bringin’?
Oh, oh, oh
I wonder whether he’ll be swingin’

[Laughter]

[Verse 2: Kid Cudi]

What you surfin’ the coast, and I spend it, I got
Plenty of bitches for the evening, we could journey we off
For the light that got us home, we in the moment oh oh
Such a lost boy, caught up in the darkest I had
What’s the cost, boy? Losing everything that I had
She been on me boy, unless you got something to tell
Sittin’, waitin’ for me slippin’, yeah I’ll see you in hell
Tell the cougar get up off me, no my soul ain’t for sale
All the evils in the world I keep it on me for real
I really hope the Lord won’t hurt me, we all live in sin
Kids see ghost of the Rolls, Ric Flair on your bitch
Now this the theme song, this the theme song
The put the beams on, get your, get your dream on
But you don’t hear me though, drama: we let it go
Watch the guitars roll and let your friends know

[Sample: Louis Prima]
Oh, oh, oh
What is Santa bringin’?
Oh, oh, oh
I wonder whether he’ll be swingin’

[Outro: Shirley Ann Lee]
Just do that and then let the music do something, then do that again, that’d be enough for a record
I mean, you only want two and a half minutes if you can get it, you know, three minutes max—

Dakillah – SKYS4U lyrics

Honey the sky is for you
And i’m not mean
Is that somebody
Gave you their heart but your drunk of my blood
We both known that i love it
We both known that i love it

Abrazao a mi gana, pegao a mí cuerpo

Mirarte como Hannah diciendo “shut up and obey”
Arrancándote las penas, corro como Kanye West

Todavía queda time, come on papi we´re not late
Yo no quiero a cualquiera, quiero que vos seas mi Messi
No quiero horas buenas para decir goodbay; it´s okay

Honey the sky is for you
And i’m not mean
Is that somebody
Gave you their heart but your drunk of my blood
We both known that i love it
We both known that i love it

Rey, rey, rey, rey, rey, hacelo por mí
Don´t stay, stay, stay, stay, stay, hacelo por mí
Rey, rey, rey, rey, rey, hacelo por mí
This isn´t fake, fake, fake, fake, fake, but now this is it

Honey the sky is for you
And i’m not mean
Is that somebody
Gave you their heart but your drunk of my blood
We both known that i love it
We both known that i love it

Rey, rey, rey, rey, hacelo por mí
Don´t stay, stay, stay, stay, hacelo por mí
Rey, rey, rey, rey, hacelo por mí
This isn´t fake, fake, fake, fake, but now this is it

Pusha T – M.P.A. lyrics

(feat. Kanye West, A$AP Rocky & The-Dream)

[Intro: The-Dream]
I see the strangest things
The evil that money brings
I swear it’s like a disease
That goes round and round and round like sirens
And they wanna bury me
Why? Cause I’m anti everything
I swear it’s like a disease
That goes round and round and round like sirens

[Hook: Kanye West & A$AP Rocky]
Money, pussy, alcohol
You niggas pussy after all
Money, pussy, alcohol
You niggas pussy not at all
Get in them drawers
I had a dream I had it all
I woke up and really had it all

[Verse 1: Pusha T]
The three leading killers of you niggas
Is the shit that’s most appealing to you niggas
Even I fell victim to it, your pride don’t let you do it
The lies will get you through it
Money, pussy, alcohol, what a wonderful cocktail
Fronted my first brick over oxtails and ran with it
Dope is like a two-way street
The addiction, both you and me, now take a seat
Every car got a fleet, every broad get a jeep
Every sparkle in the club that wasn’t ours, we compete
Poor minds, poor decision makers
No reward, then what’s the risk you taking?
New bitch I been fucking might start a rap war
Won’t unveil it yet, can’t tell it yet
Defense wins games Bill Belichick
These hoes having Google numbers, niggas better check
Yuugh

[Hook]
Money, pussy, alcohol
You niggas pussy after all
Money, pussy, alcohol
You niggas pussy not at all
Get in them drawers
I had a dream I had it all
I woke up and really had it all

[Verse 2: Pusha T]
Shout out my bitches fucking baseball niggas
That dress like Bamas with guaranteed contracts
Yeah, I see your vision, sick of prison visits
Now the Major League’s where you’re fishing
You young and hot, so why not?
The dealers is washed, the money is dry, so take your best shot
We can’t judge you ‘cause we ain’t hug you
We sent you off to other hoods and let them niggas fuck you
For real, we made you watch from afar
Even talked down on you, tryna dim your star
Until we seen them foreign cars pull up
And watch them pick you up
And then we realized we missed a diamond in the rough
So, make us proud, make it count
Until you learn to love ‘em, make ‘em spare no amount
Make ‘em dig deeper to keep ya, knowing you deserve it
Take advantage of it when you’re worth it
Real bitches worth it

[Hook]
Money, pussy, alcohol
You niggas pussy after all
Money, pussy, alcohol
You niggas pussy not at all
Get in them drawers
I had a dream I had it all
I woke up and really had it all

[Verse 3: Pusha T]
I’ve been watching all you real niggas
I done seen more won’t than you will niggas
Take a swing, snatch a chain
Lose your mind, go insane
I’m in the club, you in the club too
I got money, you got money too
You think it’s honey dew
Whispering in my ear like a hunny do
Eyeballing every bottle that we running through
Trying to stand near, nigga damn near
Pushing bitches out the way to Instagram here
It’s no pictures, now you in your feelings
I’m a real dope boy, no stranger dealings
Bruised ego, Henny-induced Debos
Nickel bag niggas, all of a sudden Ninos
I cancel all of you G-Moneys for G money
I get it done for quarter ki money, for real

[Hook]
Money, pussy, alcohol
You niggas pussy after all
Money, pussy, alcohol
You niggas pussy not at all
Get in them drawers
I had a dream I had it all
I woke up and really had it all

Loki Love – More lyrics

[Hook]
I Don’t wanna get high no more (Hook – x times -)

[Verse 1]
Here’s the thing about last night. Wasn’t really even that high.
Chain glowing in the black light, i’ll put you on if you act right.
Fresh to death nigga that’s right?
Next to best, when I flex I ten to step on the next guy’s, neck and let em see the rest die.

I…… I
Go extra hard like dinosaurs.
When I sketch the bar from my spinal cord.
Since I set the bar, don’t wanna rhyme no more.
It feel like he don’t wanna be alive no more

Kanye West – Ultralight Beam lyrics

[Intro: Natalie is Great]
We don’t want no devils in the house
Yes, darling
We don’t want no devils in the house
Yes, darling
We want the lord, he’s sick
My left hand over [?]
Jesus Christ have mercy
Yes darling
Hallelujah
We don’t want no devils in the house
Yes, darling
We don’t want no devils in the house
Yes, darling
We want the lord, he’s sick
My left hand over [?]
Jesus Christ have mercy
Yes darling
Hallelujah

[Hook: Kanye West & The-Dream]
I’m tryna keep my faith
On an ultra light beam
We on an ultra light beam
This is a God dream
This is a God dream
This is everything
This is everything
Deliver us serenity
Deliver us peace
Deliver us loving
We know we need
You know we need it
You know we need it
And I’mma need you now, oh, I
Pray for Paris
Pray for the parents
This is a God dream
This is a God dream
This is a God dream
We on an ultra light beam
We on an ultra light beam
This is a God dream
This is God dream
This is everything
This is everything

[Refrain: The-Dream]
I’m tryna keep my faith
But I’m looking for more
Somewhere I can feel safe
And end my holy war
I’m tryna keep my faith

[Verse 1: Kelly Price]
So why send depression not blessings?
Why, oh why’d you do me wrong? (more)
You persecute the weak
Because it makes you feel so strong
(To save) Don’t have much strength to fight
So I look to the light
(Lord) To make these wrongs turn right
Head up high, I look to the light
Hey, cause I know that you’ll make everything alright
And I know that you’ll take good care of your child
Oh, no longer am I afraid of the night
Cause I, I look to the light

[Verse 2: Chance The Rapper]
When they come for you I will shield your name
I will field their questions, I will feel your pain
They don’t know
They don’t, they don’t know
They don’t know
Foot on the Devil’s neck ‘til they drifted Pangaea
I’m moving all my family from Chatham to Zambia
Treat the demons just like Pam
I mean I fuck with your friends, but damn Gina
I been this way since Arthur was anteater
Now they wanna hit me with the woo-wap the bam
Tryna send photos of familia
My daughter look just like Sia, you can’t see her
You can feel the lyrics and spirit coming in braille
Timing of the underground, come and follow the trail
I made Sunday Candy, I’m never going to hell
I met Kanye West, I’m never going to fail
You said let’s do a good ass job with Chance three
I heard you gotta sell it to snatch the Grammy
Let’s make it so free and the bar so hard
That a day one gosh darn part you can’t tweet
This is my part, nobody else speak
This is my part nobody else speak
This little light of mine, glory be to God yeah
I’mma make sure that they go where they can’t go
If they don’t wanna ride I’mma still give them raincoats
Know what God said when he made the first rainbow
Just throw this at the end if I’m too late for the intro
Ugh, I’m just having fun with it
You know that a nigga was lost
I laugh in my head
Cause I bet that my ex looking back like a pillar of salt
Ugh, cause that left a script on your ass like Wesley and Spike
You cannot mess with the light
Look at lil Chano from 79

[Hook: Kanye West]
I’m tryna keep my faith
On an ultra light beam
We on an ultra light beam
This is a God dream
This is a God dream
This is everything
This is everything

Deliver us peace

[Outro – Kirk Franklin]
Father, this prayer is for everyone that feels they’re not good enough. This prayer’s for everybody that feels like they’re too messed up. For everyone that feels they’ve said “I’m sorry” too many times. You can never go too far when you can’t come back home again. That’s why I need …

BROCKHAMPTON – JELLO lyrics

[Chorus: Kevin Abstract]
La-di-da-di-da-di-da, do I trust ’em? Probably not
I think that y’all prolly fraud, I think that my brain is fried
La-di-da-di-da-di-da, do not turn my volume down
Do not bring your friends around, only few I’m holding down
La-di-da-di-da-di-da, do I trust ’em? Probably not
I think that y’all prolly fraud, I think that my brain is fried
La-di-da-di-da-di-da, do not turn my volume down
Do not bring your friends around, only few I’m holding down

[Verse 1: Kevin Abstract]
Hi, I live a wonderful life
Should’ve died twice, wonder who on my side
Life always better keepin’ two on the side
Need no music when my niggas arrive
We in Van Nuys, black van with some white guys
Keep your hand out, waiting for the appropriate time
They ask a question like
“Could you perform at my best friend’s birthday party?
With your friends and go crazy, just bring the shotty
Bring the loud one with the blonde hair.”
Making out with Zayn in a lawn chair
They kicked me out but I belong here
Hear these songs nigga, see this long hair, see these videos
Direct these hoes with no budgets though
How the fuck did I land a fucking TV show?
Met all my friends through Kanye West and I ain’t met him yet

[Chorus: Kevin Abstract]
La-di-da-di-da-di-da, do I trust ’em? Probably not
I think that y’all prolly fraud, I think that my brain is fried
La-di-da-di-da-di-da, do not turn my volume down
Do not bring your friends around, only few I’m holding down

[Verse 2: Matt Champion]
Just shaved down to the baby face
Clothes on me, guess it’s Holiday
Fried, no sides at the restaurant
My sleep schedule like the power here, it’s never on
Feeling like the past year a whole escapade (uh-oh)
Four cars, need a motherfucking Escalade
Pack it up like a clown car (honk, honk)
Bet you know my name from here to Hong Kong, bet I get along
Make some commas, karma, come on, watch ’em sing along
Ayy, err, err, butter knife like dancing on a knuckle
In the thunder car, rocked up in the Lumma
Incidental, I be better by the summer
I be better by the winter, I be hoppin’ in the rental
Maybe Tesla for all my missus sitting in the Volvo
Damn, shoot ’em down like, hmmm, sorry, do it all here

[Chorus: Kevin Abstract]
La-di-da-di-da-di-da, do I trust ’em? Probably not
I think that y’all prolly fraud, I think that my brain is fried
La-di-da-di-da-di-da, do not turn my volume down
Do not bring your friends around, only few I’m holding down
La-di-da-di-da-di-da, do I trust ’em? Probably not
I think that y’all prolly fraud, I think that my brain is fried
La-di-da-di-da-di-da, do not turn my volume down
Do not bring your friends around, only few I’m holding down

[Verse 3: Ameer Vann]
I’m moonwalking on the sun hot
I used to live where the guns popped
Made some records then we moved out
Turned rap into the new pop
Bandana, I’m the new Pac
I been blowing up, I can’t stop
They need my niggas in the White House
I do business with the white folks
Bring that money back to black folks
Flip it, stimulate the cash flow
Economic, but I speak ebonics
L.A. turned me to an asshole
I been shopping down on Melrose
Still a nigga but I’m livin’ different
I been looking at the bigger picture
So I don’t hear ’em when they talking to me

[Verse 4: Dom McLennon]
I just want a friend to fall in love with
Maybe someone I can binge drugs with
Living like a prince but I’m dove-less
Playin’ my emotions, you a dumb bitch
Everybody talking on some gun shit
They don’t even know where to bust it
Cry nigga, gotta fuckin’ kick back
Gotta leave those soft niggas at the kickback
Splittin’ all my problems like a Kit-Kat
I finessed the night that we slipped up
I could let you know where I’m next at
Tell my baby girl where the brakes at
You know I got number one pick stats
Catch me on the field, it’s a mismatch
More like an eclipse, she couldn’t miss that
Putting my appearance where my chips at

[Chorus: Kevin Abstract]
La-di-da-di-da-di-da, do I trust ’em? Probably not
I think that y’all prolly fraud, I think that my brain is fried
La-di-da-di-da-di-da, do not turn my volume down
Do not bring your friends around, only few I’m holding down
La-di-da-di-da-di-da, do I trust ’em? Probably not
I think that y’all prolly fraud, I think that my brain is fried
La-di-da-di-da-di-da, do not turn my volume down
Do not bring your friends around, only few I’m holding down

[Outro: JOBA]
La-di-da-di-da-di-da
(La-di-da-di-da-di-da, do-walla, do-walla-walla, do-walla)
La-di-da-di-da-di-da
(La-di-da-di-da-di-da, do-walla, do-walla-walla, do-walla)
La-di-da-di-da-di-da
(La-di-da-di-da-di-da, do-walla, do-walla-walla, do-walla)

Murs – Gbkw (God Bless Kayne West) (Captain California Album)

He’s running for his life
The fucked up thing is, this happens every other night
They see him comin’, they like, "wassup cuz?"
He in his uniform from Target so they sayin’ he’s a blood
They know he ain’t bangin’, they do it for entertainment
Let off a couple shots and they all start to chase him
Heart racin’, ’round the corner then he trip
That’s when he felt the chrome to his head and heard the click
And every day he puts his backpack on
His headphones in and he plays that song
And now he doesn’t feel so alone
Walkin’ out the door, he pray to God he make it home
And he just want to make it home
A young black man tryna make it on his own
All this craziness going on
He’s just trying to survive but they saying that he’s wrong
So God bless Kanye West
And every other brother of color that’s under stress
They wanna make you feel like you are less
Even though you didn’t make it, gotta deal with this mess
Hold your head, and always do your best
It’s a long race, you gotta pace your steps
And remember that you are blessed
It’s because God loves us that he puts us to the test
He’s running for his life
The fucked up thing is this week it happened twice
This time the eses, bald head and tattoos
Mad ’cause he datin’ they cousin and he a black dude
Hopped in they Regal, they chased him down Pico
He tried to hide in the crowd amongst the other people
High off sherm so they don’t give a shit
They rolled down the window and emptied the whole clip
And every day he puts his backpack on
His headphones in and he plays that song
And now he doesn’t feel so alone
Walkin’ out the door, he pray to God he make it home
And he just want to make it home
A young black man tryna make it on his own
All this craziness going on
He’s just trying to survive but they saying that he’s wrong
We in the struggle where the strong kill the strong
Bodies dropping in the ghetto all night long
Can’t seem to find a way for us all to get along
It’s like they the new Marvin Gaye, what’s goin’ on?
So God bless Kanye West
And every other brother of color that’s under stress
They wanna make you feel like you are less
Even though you didn’t make it, gotta deal with this mess
Hold your head, and always do your best
It’s a long race, you gotta pace your steps
And remember that you are blessed
It’s because God loves us that he puts us to the test
He’s running for his life
The fucked up thing is tonight is the black and white
They rolled up and told him, "freeze, don’t run!"
And that might sound easy, but you see he’s got a gun
You know he ain’t tryna be on no tough shit
But every single night he was tired of gettin’ fucked with
He dropped the gun and it let off a shot
So they returned fire as he ran down the block
This is a story with three different plots
In any of the three the hero could’ve been shot
Who really did the shooting don’t matter a whole lot
Either way a young man was gunned down on his block
And now he laying in the hospital
After all these years of dodging so many obstacles
It don’t matter if I tell you who’s responsible
It sucks that we’re living in a world where this is possible

My styrofoam got more oil than Dubai
Ridin’ round with extendo
Ridin’ round with extendo

Kanye West – Famous (Uncensored)

Man I can understand how it might be
Kinda hard to love a girl like me
I don’t blame you much for wanting to be free
I just wanted you to know
Swizz told me let the beat rock

For all my Southside niggas that know me best
I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex
Why? I made that bitch famous (God damn)
I made that bitch famous
For all the girls that got dick from Kanye West
If you see ’em in the streets give ’em Kanye’s best
Why? They mad they ain’t famous (God damn)
They mad they’re still nameless (Talk that talk, man)
Her man in the store tryna try his best
But he just can’t seem to get Kanye fresh
But we still hood famous (God damn)
Yeah we still hood famous

I just wanted you to know
I loved you better than your own kin did
From the very start

Wake up, Mr West! Oh, he’s up!

Young and we alive, whoo!
We never gonna die, whoo!
I just copped a jet to fly over personal debt
Put one up in the sky
The sun is in my eyes, whoo!
Woke up and felt the vibe, whoo!
No matter how hard they try, whoo!
We never gonna die

I just wanted you to know

The sun is in my eyes, whoo!
Woke up and felt the vibe, whoo!
No matter how hard they try, whoo!
We never gonna die

[Hook: Rihanna]
I just wanted you to know

[Bridge: Sister Nancy + Swizz Beatz]

From the very start
I don’t blame you much for wanting to be free
I just wanted you to know

Kanye West – Diamonds from Sierra Leone, Ratatat remix

[Kanye West]

Diamonds are forever
They won’t leave in the night
I’ve no fear that they might
Desert me
Diamonds are forever (forever, forever)
Throw your diamonds in the sky if you feel the vibe
Diamonds are forever (forever, forever, forever)
The Roc is still alive every time I rhyme
Forever ever? Forever ever? Ever, ever? Ever, ever? Ever, ever? Ever, ever?……
Close your eyes and imagine, feel the magic
Vegas on acid
Seen through Yves St. Laurent glasses
And I’ve realized that I’ve arrived, cuz
It take more than a magazine to kill my Vibe does
He write his own rhymes, so sort of
I think ’em
That mean I forgot better shit than u ever thought up
Damn, is he really that caught up?
I ask if you talkin’ bout classics, do my name get brought up?
I remember I couldn’t afford a Ford Escort or even a four-track recorder
So its only right that I let the top drop on a drop-top Porsche
– its for yourself that’s important
If a stripper named Porscha and u get tips from many men
Then your fat friend her nickname is Minivan
Excuse me
That’s just the Henny, man, I smoke, I drink, I’m supposed to stop I can’t because

Diamonds are forever (forever, forever)
Throw your diamonds in the sky if you feel the vibe
Diamonds are forever (forever, forever, forever)
The Roc is still alive every time I rhyme
Forever ever? Forever ever? Ever, ever? Ever, ever? Ever, ever? Ever, ever?……

[Kanye West]

I was sick about awards
Couldn’t nobody cure me
Only playa that got robbed but kept all his jewelry
Alicia Keys tried to talk some sense to them
30 minutes later seems there’s no convincing them
What more can you ask for?
The international assholes nah
Who complains about what he is owed?
And throw a tantrum like he is 3 years old
You gotta love it though somebody still speaks from his soul
And wouldn’t change by the change, or the game, or the fame
When he came, in the game, he made his own lane
Now all I need is y’all to pronounce my name
Its Kanye – But some of my plastic – they still say Kane
Got family in the D, Kin-folk from Motown
Back in the Chi – them folks ain’t from Motown
Life movin’ too fast I need to slow down
Girl ain’t give me no ass, ya need to go down
Diamonds are forever (forever, forever)
My father Ben said I need Jesus
So he took me to church and let the water wash over my ceaser
Diamonds are forever (forever, forever)
The preacher said we need leaders
Right then my body got still like a paraplegic
You know who you can call you gotta best believe it
The Roc stand tall and you would never believe it
Take your diamonds and throw ’em up like you bulimic
Yea the beat cold but the flow is anemic
After debris settles and the dust get swept off
Big K pick up where young Hov left off
Right when magazines wrote Kanye West off
I dropped my new shit sound like the best of
A&R’s lookin’ like “pssh we messed up”
Grammy night, damn right, we got dressed up
Bottle after bottle till we got messed up
In the studio, where really though, yea he next up
People askin’ me if I’m gon’ give my chain back
That’ll be the same day I give the game back
You know the next question dog “Yo, where Dame at?”
This track the Indian dance to bring our reign back
“What’s up with you and Jay, man, are y’all ok man?”
They pray for the death of our dynasty like Amen
R-r-r-right here stands a-man
With the power to make a diamond with his bare hands…

Diamonds are forever (forever, forever)
Throw your diamonds in the sky if you feel the vibe
Diamonds are forever (forever, forever, forever)
The Roc is still alive every time I rhyme
Forever ever? Forever ever? Ever, ever? Ever, ever? Ever, ever? Ever, ever?…

DJ Khaled – Go Hard Lyrics

[Kanye West]
I think it’s time for me to go hard for the hood I’m from
[DJ Khaled]
DJ Khaled

Fuck the rest, we run the game
Kanye West, Khaled and Pain

[Verse 1: Tenfoe]

[Verse 2: Luguz]
I go hard [?] I go unreal
I grind hard, make music that you feel
[?], motherfuckers keep speaking
So it’s time for you to listen
Yo, Khaled, this so Luguz
The one you never thought would’ve made it, but he does
He did, he is, the best
The rest can rest, unless I die in flesh
I rest my case, I bless my fate
I played my hands without a spade
You hate to hear the bars I drop
You hate the fact I’m near the top
Hate to hate, shit, [?]
You would hate me too with the rhymes I talk
The rhymes I live, the rhymes I spit
It’s gonna keep me going, it’s going make me rich
I already did, I leave it you
Middle finger in the air, n*gger, fuck you!
I’mma keep my [?], spit perfection, I am dope, I’m baking soda
Cut in ages, [?]
[?] for greatness, I’m forsaken
I go hard, that’s an understatement

[Verse 3: Kanye West]

[Hook: T-Pain]

[Verse 4: J. Pich]
I gotta go hard, I gotta go hard
With the flow of my beach coast
I’ve gotta show off, I’ve gotta show off
[?] with the teeth I floss
I’m so so sickening, no more convincing
Lyrically, I beat my odds
[?], no more [?]
[?]
Everybody’s talking that I am not good enough
Everybody’s talking that I am not good enough
With the peace and the people and the sound
[?]
Let the game slip away, let the name slip away
So I’m back in the middle of the streets now
With the words and the flow, I’m [?]
[?]
I’m a [?], and you’re a target, full shots [?], I’m flawless
And it’s [?], it’s garbage
And I’ve got a house full of [?]
My boss is [?]
[?]
[?]
[?], I am fast like Sega

[Verse 5: The Versace Kids]
Won’t let you get me, no
‘Cause I was [?] to go hard
And when I go hard
Go hard [?] in it
[?] in this [?] shit, come for y’all
My hood my be hard, bitch
My life is heartless
[?] you haters I’m a [?]
[?] beating on you haters
[?]

See I’m going, going, going, going hard
‘Cause I know [?] and touch the stars
Yeah, I heard them hating so I got a little smarter
Still [?] them hating, so I go a little harder
‘Cause I can, and I will
Go hard and that’s the way it is
But if you could

[Hook: T-Pain]

[Verse 6: Rover]
I go hard like I [?]
Go hard like I really want buy that [?]
Got a homie on the ground like a young Snoop
Big [?], like “Who you?”
I heard these streets talking dirty like I ain’t got this too
‘Cause that’s what happens when you’re heavy like me and my crew
You fools, you wish you were Rover
But homie, I ain’t you though
If I was anything like you I’d, I’d, wanna be like me too
Straight out the crack house
[?]
And ‘yall don’t want no problems
[?]
Bitch, here’s a new day
Looking at a new [?]
Bitch, [?] ain’t going nowhere
I don’t give a fuck what the [?] say
Got nothing on your boy like the hood told them
Got 20 blood like I pushed these n*ggers’ wood

[Verse 7: Luguz]

[Verse 8: Kanye West]

[Hook: T-Pain]

Daya – Talk lyrics

[Verse 1]
I’m not the plain and simple, I’m in another lane
I’m rocking Shirley Temple, the cherry on the cake
Just a throwback kid from the nineties
I start my ABC’s with the YZ
I paint with different colors and never in the lines
There isn’t any other, I am the prototype
Tick-tock, waste time with your rumors
But, I’m so ice cold, good humor

[Pre-Chorus]
They say, “I’m outta my mind standin’ on the outside”
But, it’s cooler, it’s fresher
I like it here… (Hey!)
[Chorus]
They’re all gonna say what they wanna say anyway
Might as well give ’em something
Might as well give ’em something to talk about
I don’t really care if they wanna stare, look at me
Might as well give ’em something
Might as well give ’em something to talk about

[Post-Chorus]
Give ’em somthin’, a little somethin’ (ah)
A little somethin’ to talk about
Give ’em somethin’, a little somethin’ (ah)
A little somethin’ to talk about

[Verse 2]
I don’t believe in Yeezus, I like ’em Kanye West
I’m rockin’ dirty sneakers with my designer dress
Order a Grade-A steak with no pomfret
I wake you up, Starbucks, sleep on me

[Pre-Chorus]
They say, “I’m outta my mind standin’ on the outside”
But, it’s cooler, it’s fresher
I like it here… (Hey!)

[Chorus]
They’re all gonna say what they wanna say anyway
Might as well give’em something
Might as well give ’em something to talk about
I don’t really care if they wanna stare, look at me
Might as well give ’em something
Might as well give ’em something to talk about

[Post-Chorus]
Give ’em somethin’, a little somethin’ (ah)
A little somethin’ to talk about
Give ’em somethin’, a little somethin’ (ah)
A little somethin’ to talk about

[Bridge]
No, you don’t know what
What you talkin’ ’bout
No, you don’t know me
So just shut your mouth

No, you don’t know what
What your talkin’ ’bout
No, you don’t know me
So just shut your…

[Chorus]
They’re all gonna say what they wanna say anyway
Might as well give ’em something
Might as well give ’em something to talk about
I don’t really care if they wanna stare, look at me
Might as well give ’em something
Might as well give ’em something to talk about

[Post-Chorus]
Give ’em somethin’, a little somethin’ (ah)
A little somethin’ to talk about
Give ’em somethin’, a little somethin’ (ah)
A little somethin’ to talk about

Desiigner – Tiimmy Turner (Remix) (feat. Kanye West) letras

[Hook: Desiigner]
Tiimmy, Tiimmy, Tiimmy Turner
He was wishin’ for a burner
To kill everybody walkin’
He knows that his soul in the furnace
Fuck bitch on BET
Have her walkin’, she fuckin’ for BET
Wildin’ for wallet
Kill everybody walkin’
He knows that his soul in the furnace
Tiimmy, Tiimmy, Tiimmy Turner
He was wishin’ for a burner

Tiimmy, Tiimmy, Tiimmy Turner

[Verse 1: Kanye West]
Born in the nation that breeded us
Why they don’t never show me the love?
Jesus Shuttlesworth, I lead the squad
Walk on water while I feed the sharks
Everybody just got made alert (Tiimmy)
You might get killed on your way to work
Everyone seen it in broad day
Nobody feelin’ that paperwork
Nobody cared that you made it work
All of the talkin’ just made it worse
Tiimmy, Tiimmy, Tiimmy, too turnt up
Got a burner ’bout to leave the block burnt up
And look what you made me do
Look who you made me shoot
Don’t ask from help from dude
That nigga crazy too
I’m the new Steve, mixed with Ali
‘Bout to get freed, I’m the new Walt
Fuck what you thought
Man fuck all of y’all
Cause Tiimmy, Tiimmy, Tiimmy, too turnt up
Got a burner leave the block burnt up
Got a burner leave the block burnt up
[Hook: Desiigner]
Tiimmy, Tiimmy, Tiimmy Turner

Juicy J – Ballin (feat. Kanye West) letras

[Intro: Juicy J]
Play me some pimpin’, mane

[Hook: Kanye West + Juicy J]
And I’m ballin’, I’m, I’m, and I’m ballin’, I
And I’m ballin’, and I’m ballin’
And I’m ballin’, and one
And I’m ballin’, off the glass
And I’m ballin’, and one
And I’m ballin’, blow the whistle
And I’m ballin’, and one
And I’m ballin’, off the glass
And I’m ballin’, and one
And I’m ballin’, blow the whistle
And I’m ballin’, and one
And I’m ballin’, off the glass
And I’m ballin’, and one
And I’m ballin’, blow the whistle

[Verse 1: Juicy J]
Let ’em all in
Let them fall in it
Let them play with all the dollars
Let them bathe in it
House so large, put a maze in it
I’m the type that take your chick out for lunch
In the middle of the White House lawn
Then switch up, start filming porn
Might tell the First Lady she can join
Do what I want when I want
Nigga you can keep them two pennies
I got a tub so big you can come and take swimmin’ lessons in it
Now I’m peelin’ off in a spaceship, with the ceiling
She just want to show her titties off
Carpet roll out, wanna hop off
Bout to hit the club like golf balls
Paparazzi tryna catch a nigga off guard
Nigga got me off the chain like guard dogs
Come on, dog
I’m too high, hot air balloon
All star, I’m on another planet
I just joined the fortune five hundred
Now I’m in the boardroom in pajamas

[Hook: Kanye West + Juicy J]
And I’m ballin’, I’m, I’m, and I’m ballin’, I
And I’m ballin’, and I’m ballin’
And I’m ballin’, and one
And I’m ballin’, off the glass
And I’m ballin’, and one
And I’m ballin’, blow the whistle
And I’m ballin’, and one
And I’m ballin’, off the glass
And I’m ballin’, and one
And I’m ballin’, blow the whistle
And I’m ballin’, and one
And I’m ballin’, off the glass
And I’m ballin’, and one
And I’m ballin’, blow the whistle

[Verse 2: Juicy J]
And I’m ballin’
When you’re boss you don’t take shit, you don’t call in
So fresh to death like I got dressed in a coffin
Folks ain’t never gonna get it, I’ve been holding out long enough
Scratch that, now I’m on to somethin’
Fuck that, I ain’t letting up
Cats gonna copy this shit
They gonna wanna hold my awards
Poor lil’ Juicy J, this year I’m declaring war
Fuck they upset with me for?
Shut up J and be a decoy
Who the fuck they thinkin’ we are?
M-Town ride smokin’ blunts
We up, keep up, my chips, cheese puffs
That’s real dope
See us Gd up, money talks, speak up
Sleep, what for?
I get some rest when I croak
I want a new island to dock my new boat
I went to the action and bought me a chopper
Now I need a new helipad for my home

[Hook: Kanye West + Juicy J]
And I’m ballin’, I’m, I’m, and I’m ballin’, I
And I’m ballin’, and I’m ballin’
And I’m ballin’, and one
And I’m ballin’, off the glass
And I’m ballin’, and one
And I’m ballin’, blow the whistle
And I’m ballin’, and one
And I’m ballin’, off the glass
And I’m ballin’, and one
