The Ministry of Health spoke about the purchase of drugs for the national vaccination calendar

The Ministry of Health reported that most of the drugs to ensure the national calendar of preventive vaccinations in 2022 have already been purchased, TASS writes.

It is noted that these include polyomyelitis vaccines, diphtheria, tetanus.

The Ministry of Health noted that at the moment the stocks of the pentavalent vaccine and the vaccine for the prevention of pneumococcal infection in the regions of the country will last for 4.5 months.

Earlier, the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova assured that there are no risks of a shortage of vaccines according to the national calendar in Russia. According to her, all contracts for vaccines have been signed for the current year. Some of the drugs have already been delivered, the other part – still on the way or in warehouses.
